We’ve talked before about making sure you have good copy throughout your website. But let’s take a moment to talk about the type of language you’re using.
You always want to sound like you. The last thing you want is for your clients to be somewhat confused as to why you sound different in person than you sound on your website.
That being said, it’s super important to be using the right words for connecting with your clients. Tell stories, be descriptive. Help them to imagine what it’s like to work with you. Instead of just saying how much you love what you do, explain why you love what you do. The deeper you can connect with them, the more likely they are to want to connect with you further!
