This past Saturday was spent with the most adorable couple! I loved being able to celebrate with Zack and Sammi and all of their friends and family! I had so much fun with them at the engagement session, I knew the wedding day would be a blast!

It was such a pretty drive out to Silver Creek Stables, and when you turned down the tiny gravel driveway, you truly felt like you were somewhere else! I was honestly a little worried because I’m SUPER allergic to horses (I know, random), but thankfully there weren’t any near the venue. Don’t worry, I had all the allergy medicine in the world with me just in case 🙂

The day started with some of the sweetest details: a locket featuring the photo of Zack and Sammi’s sweet puppy, invitations to set the mood of the night, and a personalized bridal gown hanger. Pretty sure I sweated my weight while photographing them, but it was so fun! Thankfully I was able to photograph all of the cute personal reception details in full air conditioning!

After her hair and makeup was done, Sammi put on her gown in the loft. It looked amazing on her, and it was so wonderful that her mom and sister were able to help her!

Now it was time for the first look! Zack was anxiously waiting in the loft and I’m sure the wait was torture! He was so excited to see his bride! Sammi called his name from the landing on the steps, and when he turned around, he couldn’t help but smile from ear to ear. He helped her walk up to him and they shared a kiss and laughed while they thought about how close they were to saying “I do!”

We gathered up the bridal party and made our way through the Sahara Desert, I mean open field, to the only shade we could find. You guys, this entire bridal party was so amazing! They didn’t complain about being hot or the humidity or being forced to stand so close to each other on a 95 degree day. They did such a great job and truly made my job so easy!

Watching Zack look at Sammi just melted my heart. It was so adorable watching them love each other and be together in these moments before becoming husband and wife!

After a short ceremony (um, thank you, Officiant, for saving us all from the blazing sun!), we gathered family and did some nice portraits of everyone. The reception went by so fast with speeches, dinner, cake cutting, and the sweetest father, daughter dance. We got a perfect golden hour and were able to get such romantic photos!

Zack and Sammi, thank you SO MUCH for having Bana and me with you all day! I’m so sad the day is over, but so happy that you guys get to start this new journey as husband and wife!

And a huge thank you to all of the vendors who worked so hard to make this day amazing!
